At Geeta Press Store, we aim to provide authentic and high-quality religious books and products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used books

  • Opened or damaged items not caused during shipping

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Share clear photos via email within 3 days

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
